Do I need extra fans...?

I am replacing the mobo/CPU/RAM/PSU of an old computer (PIII 450mhz -> Celeron 2.4ghz, 128mb -> 512mb, and new PSU).

My question is do I need extra fans? At the moment there are no fans other than the built in ones on the (old) PSU, CPU cooler and video card. When I put in the newer, higher spec bits will I need to get some extra fans? Its all going in a mATX case so it's going to be pretty snug.

If I do want more fans, what kind of setup do I want, space and mounting is limited so I will have to botch something together, but I'm pretty handy. I'm on a pea-sized budget here (as you can tell by the specs!)

Thanks, Doug.

Most OEM computers only run with an exhaust fan. At least those without a very high performance GPU. Unless you're going all out with super high-end parts, nothing more than perhaps a single case fan would be fine.

I've noticed on my desktop, the power supply seems to be the warmest device on the whole computer... Go figure.

Thanks for your replies guys, I think I will install a fan or two if it is easy, otherwise just see how it goes.

Thanks, Doug.
