Do I need to install these updates from Vishera?

After I upgraded to an FX-8350 I installed both updates manually.

AMD FX CPUs include both. The Piledriver is just an improvement of the same architecture.

AMD FX CPUs:
Bulldozer-based aka "Zambezi"
Piledriver-based aka "Vishera"
