Do I need upgrade?

My specs:

Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 GHz
Graphics card: NVidia GeForce GTX 760
Motherboard: Gigabyte B85M-D2V
RAM Memory: 8 GB (DDR3)
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Do I need to upgrade something to handle newest games? What would be best to upgrade in the future?

Depends what you want to play? and what resolution and fps.

Your system is 4th gen intel and overall, no offense, but its a pretty basic system and like mine, its aging now. At this stage of the game I wouldn't be upgrading that system, I'd be saving for a new one.

That being said, you could always grab a better GPU, (power supply depending) and when you go to a new build, you can swap over the GPU then.

You could upgrade to the GTX 1070 which would be quite the upgrade. What power supply do you have?
