do you really need much more the a fan a on PC i have a 1.2duron(i will be upgrading to athlon XP or sempron 2800 or 3000) 400wattpowersuplly that i will prabally upgrade that has dual fans(and blue neon lights that look cool) the mobo of corse 1 HD video card of corse same with audio 2 DDR226 RAM and a PCI 5 USB 2.0 port card. I was going to get heatsinks for the memory just because, why not.(maybe help with OC if you can with RAM)

I will soon have another HD(80gigs, the other one was 20gigs) they will both be running. and im getting a floppy drive lol my other one i tok out because it dosn't work. oh also i have 1 CDROM drive and a DVDROM drive

I just have the power supply fans and the CPU fan on this PC.
 
I am not sure!!! your saying all you got is something to cool down your CPu and your Power supply. Well correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the rest of the machine generate heat as well, your hard drive, VGA, and all of the components create heat. You need to be able tocool those off as well. I could be wrong, but just be on the safe site install at least one more fan, you can get them cheap now, and they are easy to install.
 
on the power suppley the "dual fans" theone of the side if for the PS but the one on the bottom was made to also cool of the system.
