I dont believe so. Even if it did, it would be so small, you wouldn't even notice it

How large is the icons and how slow is your pc? If both of them suit eachother, then you shouldn't have to worry about anything.

they *might* if you don't have a lot of video RAM. I have an old laptop that displays graphics quickly, and I think the only operating system I've used that actually had a slight problem with it is Windows 3.1, and that was probably because of the bad specs on that machine
