Windows media player ver 10 and up i know will play DVD's.
If you have AutoRun enabled on the DVD drive it should prompt you when you put the DVD in if you want to play it using Windows Media PLayer.
It says I need a compatible DVD decoder, got any suggestions.
Also, off topic, but, I've got 2 errors I'd like to get rid of:
1. Whenever I turn on my laptop it says "The procedure entry point AvgEditPUPExeptions could not be located in the dynamic link library"
2. When I try to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, it says "Error creating process<C:\DOCUME~1\Owner......IXP001.TMP\Install.exe> Reason: C:\WINDOWS\System32\advpack.dll"
It is THE BEST player of all time and is very famous across the web. It plays absolutely EVERY kind of video and audio format except .rm files. It plays dvds as well. It is so simple, but also has advanced features in it that makes it the most customizable player I've ever seen. It is small, fast, and best of all- FREE!
Okay, I was going to try to find a DVD decoder, but they're all expensive, so I'm just going to use yours, at least try it, as long as it goes into fullscreen and is easy enough to use, I'll keep it, thanks.
