Do you play as commander a lot in BF2/BF2142

I'm just wondering... i play as commander quite a lot (cince not many people like to do it i gues.. )
ofcourse i could bring up the old subject about guy's and multitasking... but i'd like to know if you like playing commander

I've never had the chance to try it. I've only had BF2 for a couple weeks (not my style of game, but good to let off steam). I do like being the commander in Red Orchestra though. Raining down artillery is fun.

I can't get BF2 to Install, so I haven't played it in about 6 months, but the 2142 demo seem alright, I still play 1942... which im my head is probably the best game about of all of them. I wish, they would make a new one for 1942, also, i dunno if anyone has tried the pirates version of 1942 but thats a lot of fun to play aswell.

I've never been a commander, but I've been on servers that say they will ban you if you move the Titan, which you can only do if you're the commander.

Actuallly, my best kit was being a medic while being commander. Too bad sometimes you get people that form a squad but don't want anything to do with the orders you are giving...
