document library no longer working

A few days ago I got over 100 virus's in a few minutes, I'm a political activist. Had to discard that computer, impossible to repair. yesterday I kill disked my other computer and reloaded windows 7 professional. I loaded a lot of evidence and a few hours later it was all gone, replaced by a window that said "the document library-ms is no longer working". Same thing with pictures and video's which also contained evidence. I've reloaded windows 7 so many times I'm afraid Microsoft will think I'm bootlegging copies. Is there a way to use my disk replace missing files rather than reload the OS again and again et all.?

what did you wipe your drive with?
you said kill disk. which program.
When its over i suspect it will be one more.

I wiped with killdisk single sweep but that's not the problem. I tried other hard drives, same result. That computer is in the landfill now. The situation now is the second computer that also was attacked. One day after reloading windows 7 pro version it also was attacked and valuable evidence was lost. also my document librarty, video library, and picture library were disabled and no longer work. my question now is this; is there a way to use windows 7 disk to repair my present operating system. Linux has this feature and I thought windows 7 might also.
