Does 64 bit Version Windows xp work in my PC

I have Intel 630 with 3.0 Ghz does windows xp with 64 bit work in my pc.
I heard it works only in AMD's 64 bit edition.

Yes, it works on both Intel and AMD 64Bit CPU's. But before you buy or install it, make sure that all your hardware has 64Bit drivers.

Only Sempron 64's. The Sempron is similar to the Athlon 64, but has lower cache.
