Does a CX430 have enough power for this build?

No, you need a minimum of 500 watts but I would get a 600 watt psu for that and for future upgrades. That cpu is already over 11 years old.

I have a similar outfit on one of my machines, except it has a 4790. That PSU runs mine perfectly as the GTX 970 is very efficient, plus your CPU is a lower power model as ~I'm sure you are aware.

I am always amazed when people ask about power supplies, when surely the only sensible option is to buy the most powerful / reasonable one first, mine is 850watts, my sons gaming is 1000+

It'd probably work, not much headroom though. Since you already have everything you could yolo it.

The last time I used a CX430 I ran an A10-6800k with two 7570's as a cheap mining rig.
