Does a "PC builder" site exist? Where?

I am looking to upgrade my PC, maybe start from scratch. I am looking for a site, or software where I can spec out a potential system and get pricing... Does this exist? Where?
 
I do stock trading every day. And I do some gaming...

I need a fast computer for both. I guess a video card will be important for gaming. My current one seems a bit slow, but I am not a PC genius by any stretch.
 
Around $1500 CAD. I was hoping to find a site or software that I could tell exactly this kind of info and have it spit out suggestions, so I could tweek it and come up with something.

You already found one,its called computerforum.com:P we here could help you out with a list:P
 
Their's not a website that can do that.. but people on here can give you links to parts on the web and you can change them if you like and they can tell you what's better or what you can change so the system meets your needs
 
If you are referring to my site. Thanks. However I think that we can seriously upgrade the system building model and I would like to know if this exists.
