Does a turning off the Screensaver help?

Hello-

I have been fighting with this problem for a couple of days now. My client (a Doctor) saids that after a period of time the system locks up and he has to go into the server room (SBS 2003 R2 w/10 CALS) to press: "CRT+ALT+DEL" to unlock the server and things starts to work again....

I switched off it's screensaver, would that be the issue or is something else happening?

Screensavers were originally intended to prevent burn in on monitors. That would be from text mostly with the old crts mono chrome and otherwise. A video driver or something else loading along with Windows may simply need to be updated or removed to see a fresh install. A reduction of startup items can also help in tracking the problem.
