visio is a diagram making program.. more suitable for like business needs where you can create ideas in in "picture/diagram" format rather than communicating it through words n texts.. its like drawing with your hand pictures for a plot.. buut in a business way.. and with a computer.. it has predefined diagrams.. etc.. its nothing neat if ur a home user..

there are alot of templates for every diagram u think of, it is funny pretty and u can save the diagrams as pics......
