does anyone know how to contact microsoft?

I'm having trouble installing Publisher 2007 after an OS reinstall. I need to contact Microsoft to see if they can help me get the product key. All contact channels seem to be blocked by a $100 minimum fee. Is there any way to contact Microsoft for free concerning my issue?
 
What do you mean you need help getting the key? The key should be in the documentation that came with the cd, most likely attached to the case or sleeve that it came in. If you have lost the key then most likely you are screwed.
 
I downloaded it. I downloaded the trial version (for which I have the key) but when I attempt to convert it to the full version (which I payed for before the OS reinstall), it asks me for another key. If I enter in the trial key, it accepts it but procedes to try to install the trial version again.
