Does anyone know how to straighten this out?

I took an email and took out the >> then transfer to Word so you can see what I'm trying to do. It's too long for an image. Ok I uploaded a Word document but can't find it so what did I do wrong. Can I upload it by editing?

Take the word document and zip it up and then attach the zipped file to your post.
