How much air the standard fans push out in a Thermaltake Soprano Case?

I want to get better case fans, (not that the thermaltake fans are bad, i just want a little quiter and more air movement)

I want to get more powerfull fans, but no noiser than 21 dB.

Can anyone suggest good 120mm fans, and also a 90mm for the window?

Would help if we had make/model info on the fans :P Standard generally means 25-33cfm tho. As for case fans you can look for 120mm and 92mm
