Does anyone use vertical mouse?

I have been using a vertical mouse for half a year but I still have hard time controlling it.

I feel better with my wrist now and do not have any more wrist pain

Is it because our brain already has the stubborn memory of using traditional and ordinary mouse?

In addition, I also have a wireless trackball, I feel good with it, but not as good as ordinary mouse either.

I assume you're talking about something like this?

I'm a gamer so something like that isn't really practical. I have noticed since I've been gaming more the past few months I get some pain and popping in my wrist, elbow, and even shoulder sometimes. I bought a mousepad with a wrist rest and it seems to have helped. I've also rearranged my seating a little bit as I think your posture and positioning has more to do with wrist pain than the mouse itself.

Simply because the mouse is upright it seems like you'd have less control over its movement based on how you hold it. Trackballs are weird.

I am not a gamer. Yes. Your link is right. It relieves lots of wrist pain, but in return it takes more energy to bring it under control

never seen that before.i made a padded wrist band and it really helps.doesnt look like much tho.my problem is that my index finger gets sore quickly so i end up using my middle finger for the left click button.
