Yup, it's fairly good but a lot of Linux distro's I've tried don't work on it but work on VMWare Server. (Also free)

ok let's just say MS Virtual PC and VMWARE are software that can run and boot another OS on your machine inside a small box...lol

I tried it but dont like it at all .... VMware Workstation is much better.
