Hello all,

I have switched from windows xp to windows 7,when i was using xp at that time, ethernet was working fine for connecting internet ,

but in windows 7 it is not working (it is showing error that,"problem with network adaptor card or drivers for it are not installed") ,

if i go tp device management then there is nothing like "Networkadaptors"

i hadent installed any drivers, until now!!!

so , what is the problem

hardware is not working?

or it is because of not installation of drivers?

Look in device manager for unknown devices that need drivers installled, they will have yellow question marks next to them.

all drivers are properly installed,but

there is nothing like network adaptors in "device manager" ,there is no yello mark also,

but internet is not working,,via ethernet connction,

error is:
"check for network adaptor or its drivers are installed or not "

You need to reinstall the network driver. Find out what kind of card it is by either opening the tower or looking online for what the computer should have by factory default if you've made no upgrades. Then install the driver from the website provided by the manufactuer or through the computer company i.e Dell/Compaq/HP/etc.
