IMO a non-defective CPU will last more than 15 years. If you don't raise voltage while overclocking, it shouldn't matter at all. If you do raise voltage, then I'm pretty sure you just have to keep it cool, and you'll be fine. A .05v bump isn't going to hurt anything, and as long as you keep it under its max temperature, a .15v bump won't matter much either. I keep my Celeron D 356 at 1.5v (from 1.4) overclocked from 3.33GHz to 4.5GHz. Granted, this CPU is a beast overclocker since it's an engineering sample and it's a Celeron D, but since I keep it running at ~60C under load it's probably going to last me a long while.
In short - you'll be fine if you keep it cool and don't raise the voltage too much.
