Does someone use the tiscali braodband service?

As my Headline says, I need some one who uses the tiscali broadband.
Just reply and let me know, because I have got a question.

Yer i use Tiscali, though i want to cancel it becuase Carphone warehouse has brought them out and i don`t like CW because they sell the iphone andi hate the iphone and apple.But what`s your question?
 
Welll, thx anyway. My problem/Question is how to disconnect or reconnect the router without switching the router off. I heard if you hit your ip address in the browser your settings will appear. There should be a button called "Reconnect" or "Disconnect" but there is no one.

The thing is, I want to record a reconnect and for that I need to reconnect the router from the internet without switching it off.
