Does the Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 processor come with a Heatsink?

Hey guys, one final question about my latest build. Does anyone know if this processor comes with a heatsink or a fan, or will I need to buy one seperately. If I do need a seperate one, could you please recommend one? I need it from eBuyer preferably, and cannot use newegg. Well it should include a heatsink/fan because it is the retail box version.

Keep in mind though that the stock HSF's are designed for quietness, not absolute efficiency. While your CPU will come with one and it will work to a degree, you will see a world of difference with an aftermarket one.
