doesn't print in color

I could use some advice re. color issue. windows 7 64 bit.
Prints .rtf in color but not .html.
Have always associated .htm and .html with NOTEPAD but now
displays in text code. Changing to FIREFOX, displays in color
but doesn't print in color

Html is browser related not notepad. What are you actually trying to print? a webpage?
