Hey!

I just ran 3d Mark on my pc and got a score of about 6600, which is a lower score I expected. Its 3d Mark 03, if that helps. Iv got Ad-Aware and virus scaners so no viruses or adware runnin. Spec in Signiture..

That is a bit low since I get 6000 overclocked in 3dMArk05 so you should easily get much higher in 3dmark03. Make sure all graphicas settings are lowest and Vsync is off. 0AA, 0AAF, and pretty much everything else lowest.

Thats very low, i have a fairly similar setup and i get 11K in 3DMark03. Do you have the latest drivers, and are your temps ok?

Yup, got all the latest drivers and everything. Temps are ok too, im gettin more cooling soon but CPU is about 52 idle so its all good i guess. Dunno why the low score tho, any other ideas?

i get 11K in 3DMark03.
I get 100,000,000 in 3Dmark03.

Needless to say none of the 3dmarks matter for the performance or to show how nice your machine is. Does it play all your games smoothly without any hicups at settings you find comfortable? If the answer is yes then just un-install 3dMark and frag on. Even if the answer is no uninstall 3dmark and start looking into what you could do to make your machine better.

the answer is yes lol, but i will always want to make my pc better lol :D . One of the reason I want an overall benchamrk score is for when I install new/different hardware or overclock etc, to see how its running compared to what it was running like before, but when I installed the extra 512ram (about a week ago) I noticed a huge performence increase in games but 3d Mark score was about 6600, altough it was about 7800 when I ran it half a year ago- with only 512ram. Anyway, cheers for the advice, looks like 3d Mark aint working properly.

Really?, thats a bit stupid lol, whats the point in it?! O well, looks like Another format and windows re-install.......is it just me or do you have to do it at least once a year lol.....................
