Hi

I just redid my computer and installed a Maximus 2 motherboared and quad core intel.
Both are 64 bit supported.
I installed Windows 7,64 bit Ultimate.
When I run the CD for maximus I get an error saying it doesnt support this system.
Also it says 32 bit operating system in system information.

any ideas..tks

I don't know right off why you're getting 32bit OS in the system information, but I do know most of those driver install CDs are junk. Break it in half then go online and find the latest drivers. If possible, I even avoid using install programs (IE install through device manager and direct to the INF). There have been countless times the setup program would fail, but directing Windows to the INF would install just fine.
