doing a setup of a pci ide controller

I am doing a setup of a pci ide controller . I am a little lost . On bootup I press F3 to enter set up, then I get "Press F1 to assign first (HDD) set. " So I hit F1 and I get " Enter The Set Number Selected. Your Selection ? Not sure what I should do here . Can someone give me just a bit of help here .
 
Its made by SIIG . Its an ultra ata /133 pci controller .So far I am not getting very far . I am even trying to install it with the new hardware wizard and it runs through the process , but it's showing the yellow ? when I check device manager . I am installing it with the floppy it came with .
 
I truthfully dont have a good answer for your question, but have you checked the manufacturer's site? maybe you can try to email them as well
