domain on subnet

I'm at a university right now and I was wondering if there is any way to get a domain or something running on a subnet. The setup is where each building has its own subnet, currently the router I am using has an IP address of 10.4.5.139 and the campus has an IP address of 199.8.26.10. I have a belkin N+ router that i am using for own personal network and I am wondering if there is any way to get a domain working to point to this router with an IP of 10.4.5.139.

why do you want to do this. You could run windows 2003 or any other server software on a pc, install DHCP (turn dhcp off on your router) and DNS and AD. In your DNS server seetings forward DNS requests to the ip of the campus DNS servers. Whether they will like having a server running is another issue.
