Usually there is a model number listed on a sticker on the back of the case where the motherboard ports are. Those numbers you listed don't link to anything.

If it runs, just install something like PC wizard. If not and it doesnt have a sticker or a model on the front. Just pop it open and see what you got.

If the original OS is installed on it (ie, the one the PC shipped with), if you go into System Properties it does sometimes actually tell you the model of the PC.
