Don't know whats going on

Just built a new PC and in Cpu-z it says my e8400 cpu is running at 2.0ghz and 1.128 volts 26 C idle.
I have an asus maximus 2 formula.

and my ram its says is at 534.3mhz when i have ocz 1066mhz. Help please

I went into the six engine and when i put it on auto it gave me a BSOD!! But cpu-z it was saying 3.0ghz right before it crashed.

you need to disable speed stepping in the bios, if you open up two instances of orthos95, it should display the e8400 as being 3000mhz

Just tried run 3dmark 06 and it gave me Bsod on the cpu test 1It did fine on the first two graphics tests.
I disabled the speed step and now i can use six engine.

I also tried superPi and it says "No convergent in SQR05"
