wow so umm yea i ddnt know i would get this many ppl LOl anyhow..i kept the game lol...

its pretty cool game..scarry as hell but pretty kewl..
but yea a mate gave me a cd key so i have 2 :)
and i DEFINATLY need a better video card LOL!!!!
on mine instead of a shadow there like a thousand visible pixely thingies ...
but yea i have 700 bux n ima start to slowly customize a comp
7800gtx commin soon :) cant wait.

if you buy a 7800GTX.. you'll need a new maibloard, cuz its not AGP. and with the new mainboard you probably have to buy a new processor and RAM.
 
Been playing doom 3 on this setup with 2xAA:

I was impressed at how much better ultra settings looked.
Average was 34fps which i thought was quite good!
 
wow doom 3 is still very pop. im surpised i mean there are new games out like fear, quake 4(so good by the way), AOE3, HL2, and so on
so i wouldnt think that someone would want this game when they can get fear or something
 
I know, there is a huge difference between high and ultra, kinda shocked me at first.

I need to look again... Last I looked I could not see a difference. Kind of figuered that was partially to do with the fact its meant for 512 videocards.

Ya, cuz it says like "Doom 3 has over 500mb of video textures" or somethin so I guess it kinda is meant for them, but take another look, do it on high first, and then ultra, and tell me you dont see a difference.
