Double windows on W10 Edge

When I click on MS Edge to get online, two tabs open and both the same site. I just delete the second tab, but why does it open?

Anyone know how to stop the 2nd tab from open?

Enter this in the edge address bar.

edge://settings/onStartup

You have multiple tabs/pages open on startup, You just need to delete one.

Example




Just click on the 3 dots to the right of the page and click on delete.

I went to setting like you said but I don't have a Startup options. You have more options in your settings.

Do you have the new MS Edge or the old one still? They may be a little different and I have the new one. Can you post a screen shot of what you see?
