downgrade from windows 10 to windows 7

hello i would like to downgrade from windows 10 to windows 7 but before that, windows reminds me that I will have to enter the windows password later or else I won't be able to loginto windows 7

I am worried that I've forgot the password . In that case, would I be able to rescue my files?
 
How long has it been since you updated to 10? If it's been more then 30 days you can't. Also, why are you wanting to go back to 7? If you had a login password on 7 then you would have had one on 10 when upgraded.
 
I personally love windows 10. I think you will too if you give it a chance. If it's some problem you are having with it, we can help.
