downgrade from windows 8 to windows 7??

i bought hp envy 4 and it came wth windows 8 install....
i really dont like this window but cant downgrade ..
there is no opticle drive so i went to install by usb but it dosnt boot from usb.. change the setting in bios and partition usn but still it dosnt show.
please help me solve this

So when you reach Windows 7 Setup (not Windows 7 to USB) when booting from the USB drive, the HDD is not in the list?

The hybrid boot is blocking your HDD from being read. Windows 8 doesn't shutdown like Windows 7 does.

Before you kill the OS I would make a backup disk of Windows 8. In case something goes wrong I would rather have Windows 8 than nothing.

i just change the setting let me see what happens

Can you shrink the Windows 8 partition in disk management and see if the free space comes up?

it already have 3 other volue from the main hdd.oem,he tools and recovery.
but hdd recovery dosnt work at all

right now i dont see windows 8 in star up menu
only thing i see windows installation .

same usb i connected to my other laptop which has windows 7 ,it loads the files and shows hdd .idk whats the problem

let's move back a bit then. You boot the DVD, hit install accept the licence then nothing. Are you trying upgrade or custom install?
