Download box looks weird now

So, I have a a dell inspiron switch 14r computer. Today, I went to download an mp3 from the internet and the window that pops up to download isn't the same one as it usually is. It is a weird confusing window. I took a picture if you need to see it. Also, when I used to have downloads it would show a bar on the bottom of my internet explorer showing how many downloads and etc. now, it doesn't have that bar when I do downloads. I am really annoyed and frustrated! Anyone out there wanna help?

That pic is too small to see anything. However, did you install any type of download manager software?

If you haven't installed any download managers, it's time to run a Malwarebytes scan and see what comes up.
