Download Passwords

Hi all.

So, I've been having some issues with people downloading files on my computer when I'm not around and I've left the computer on.

I was wondering if there was a program I could use that asks for a password before it allows you to download something?

It's not so simple as that.
Thankyou anyway though.

Sometimes I don't mind other people using my PC but I just want them to stop downloading stuff. Is there any way?
 
ask them not to download stuff?? If they are going to be using your computer, they should be able to respect that
