Hi All,

My computer is downloading 2 Meg religiously every day when i am not using it. I have run the latest av scan with Nortons and it came back clean. I have also run Adaware and Spybot and cleaned what they found but it is still downloading 2 meg per day not including my own usage. Windows
Update is off and i do not believe that Nortons would have a new update totally exactly 2 meg per day.

Can anyone advise me on what software that i can get that will monitor downloads and internet usage that is running in the background (i.e. not visable from the windows desktop)

Google for packet sniffing software. That should give you a good sampling of what is going on.
