Downloading Multiple PDF's

Hello All,

Does anyone know how I can download multiple PDF's more quickly and easily than going to each PDF opening it up and saving each manually, this takes some time when you have lots to do. For example there a website might have a page full of pdf icons to click on and view the PDF (e.g. a PDF per chapter).
