umm what do I do next?
Sorry for the late reply, been sick with a nasty cold and can't get rid of it. The next step is to uninstall the following programs if they still exist.
Ask Toolbar
Baidu PC Faster
Java(TM) 7 Update 1
ScorpionSaver
Then download the latest version of java here.

Then download Ccleaner from here.

Install the program, Close all browser windows and open Ccleaner and click on run cleaner at the bottom right corner. This may take a few minutes to complete.

how do I move the java? I have no internet on laptop so I cant install it there.

Download the offline installer of Java,put it on some external storage media such as USB stick or USB drive and then move it to your laptop and install it.
