Dr watson ?wtf

Hey

I just noticed today my computer freezing alot, and noticed its Dr Watson doing it, is this program a windows xp program or is it a virus.

I just looked into it more and I think its a program I found in a XP Addon thing, false alarm I hope.

Still would like to hear this confirmed by someone, its not a virus out to crash/freeze my computer ?

Very Important Notice: Dr. Watson for Windows is a program error debugger that gathers information about your computer when an error (or user-mode fault) occurs with a program. Technical support groups can use the information that Dr. Watson obtains and logs to diagnose a program error. When an error is detected, Dr. Watson creates a text file (Drwtsn32.log) that can be delivered to support personnel by the method they prefer. You also have the option of creating a crash dump file, which is a binary file that a programmer can load into a debugger.
 
Oh good, I have never heard of this program before, until I opened it, Now all my computer does is Freeze and Refresh all the time. Can i stop the program from opening coz its always in my task manager. Its getting annoying!!!
 
OK, Since ending the process doesn't help in the long run I'll explain my problem:

Ever since I opened Dr Watson, Every once in a while (like 1 every half hour maybe more) I get a report an error to windows message for Dr Watson Morderm Debugger or something, I hit dont send and windows freezes. I open task manager and there are two drwtsn32.exe running, I end process to one of them and they both go away and windows refreshes, this happens alot, if I end process it still comes back later on.

next time it does it hit send and see ehat happens
 
I did already, today i was so pissed off I search drwtsn32 and deleted all the files I found, hasnt done it since, hopefully it wont.
