yes 2133 back to my question - how can i achieve the correct speed and what makes you say its running at 1866?

On your memory tab it should say 1066 or 1067. Go into your bios and manually set the speed. Make sure the timing and voltage is right too.

yes it is 2133mhz memory, but its on 1866 now, like people tell you, it shows in cpu-z
dram freq 933 times 2 makes 1866, so go in the bios look for something like dram settings ore xmp and set it manually to 2133mhz.
and why do you want to overclock that ram??? are you somebody ho likes to benchmark and get really high scores????
2133/2400 makes not very much difference in real applications, so my advise stick to 2133

i didnt want to OC my ram just reach the speeds i paid for!
does anyone know how to turn cpu boost on in OC genie 2. I dont want to have to reset CMOS as i have my ssd in AHCI and win 8 is a nightmare to put back to AHCI MODE.

I apologize if I'm incorrect, but can't the RAM speed be changed in the BIOS?
