Driver for CPU?

I was just wondering on my motherboard website were I get all my drivers there is a CPU one too am I suppose to download that? To get all that I can out of my CPU?

Alright cool. Do I get the WHQL one or the one that doesn't say that cause one says:

(AMD Chipset Driver V3.0.762.0 for Windows 32/64bit XP & 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7)

And the other says: (AMD Chipset Driver V3.0.765.0 for Windows 32/64bit XP & 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7.(WHQL))

WHQL just means Microsoft has approved the driver.
