Good day I am "murdoc" and new on this forum I am a retired Automotive Engineer SA/BE I will need some help in solving a problem with my old desktop HP Pavillion m9451 who was recently upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 so far without problems except now recently I had a com.crash
When the pc is started he boots up normally but after a short while (minutes) he shuts down and activates sleep modus, but needs a full startup again and this happens after a few minutes again.
I have run a "WhoCrashed" program and the outcome was < Power State driver Failure> I was referred to
' Raspppoe Cleanup + OX5A - software driver blog I havent a clue what that means and need some help how to solve my problem.:)

you can go back to your previous version of Windows by going to Settings > Update & security > Recovery and selecting either Go back to Windows 7 or Go back to Windows 8.1. This won't affect your personal files, but it will remove any apps you installed after the upgrade to Windows 10. Learn more.

You just need to upgrade your drivers, which one may be tricky to track down. Can you look in the following directory and see if you have files listed in it.

C:\windows\minidump

If so, copy them to another folder so you can zip them up and attach to your next post.
