Driver Installation Nightmare

Everytime i reinstall windows, for obvious reasons, I seem to have bad luck with drivers. I never get them to work and i seem to have problems with either one or all the drivers. does anyone have any idea where i can get all the drivers downloaded and installed automatically? would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction.

 
i use a toshiba u300 ns508c. i am talking about the hard ware drivers. is there an easier way of getting all the drivers installed , rather than going to the manufacturers website and downloading them one by one???
