johnb35 Administrator Staff member Sep 5, 2009 #2 Try upgrading the driver for your video card first to see if that fixes the issue.

johnb35 Administrator Staff member Sep 5, 2009 #4 Boot to safe mode and see if it does it as well. Check refresh rate as well.
