driver irql not less or equal

Hi every body.
I have this problem in my old notebook, ACER TRAVELMATE 4000. Suddenly appear a blue screen with "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal" and it reboot randomly. But when I turn off the internal Intel(R) pro wireless 2200bg it doesn´t happen. With a PCMCIA Ovislink the problem doesn´t exist either. Can you say me about if it´s a hardware or a software problem.
 
Really nice. I downloaded the wireless driver from the ACER site (from Intel not worked) and the problem was fixed.
