My computer was going through its scheduled maintence and an error was found that said "a driver problem was detected on flash reader" what does this mean, And it gave me the option of re-installing the driver or restoring the original driver. Which one should i use. I'm afraid i'll uninstall something i won't get back. Info on my computer
Model IQ504
Windows Vista Home Edition x64
4.0 GB

What maintenance were you doing? If the driver is corrupt usually you just uninstall the device and then reboot and windows should install the driver again.

Its the Vista hardware diagnostics tools automatic maintenance it does once a month, its starts automatically...

Methink your motherboard's display(graphics) driver has problem. Find out your motherboard company (Intel etc.) and model no. (Intel 945, G31, G41 etc.) and go to its website (www.Intel.com etc.) and download the latest graphics driver from download center of Intel. Then install this driver into yu computer. And restart.
