Driver Problem

I have finshed my first ever build successfully, when i went to install my mobo and gpu driover & utillites disk i discovered that it would work on my newly built vista os system, does anyone know where to find them.

another problem is i do video a lot and my case has a frontal firewire port which is good for me but the connection is like a firewire input on the otherend supposling to plug into the motherbords port. is that right, if so what shall i do as it does not reach.
 
Firstly, as the last poster said, Post your hardware, it helps us a great deal.

Also, with the front Firewire port,it works the same as front usb port or audio jacks, where there will be a bunch of connectors that you'll have to hook up to your motherboard in order to get these to work. You'll find that usually on your motherboard there'll be labelled points, like F_USB or HDD LED/POWER LED/POWER SWITCH etc etc so it's not like it's rocket science.
 
schoing16 as i said it is a cable with a firewire connection on the end, just wondering where it connects so it's not like it's rocket science to listen.
