Drivers ?? cannot find em !!

My friend bought this Toshiba Satellite L310 or L311 in china (both is written on it) and it came preloaded with Vista.
He made those people over there download it to xp.
but now due to an issue he wants to repair but does not have xp cd.
I only need the Intel Matrix storage driver for the lappy so i can make a custom XP disc with the sata drivers on it, but i can't find it anywhere.

can anyone assist ? :(
 
Well I don't understand the problem very well, but as long as you have a cd drive you can burn the drivers from another pc and put them on the computer you want. Also you can use a floppy,or a usb flash drive.

What is the extent of the problem?

sorry i meant downgrade** (typo)
anyway here's the problem.
There is no such thing as another PC, we need Intel Matrix Storage drivers, for the sata hard drive in his lappy.
FYI, you cannot use floppy there is none, plus you cannot use USB also to load drivers.

However i set the Sata mode in BIOS from AHCI to Compatibility and am doing a repair now, but i will still need to make him an XP disc with the proper drivers on... anyone ?
i only need the download location of those drivers... been a while since am searching
