Drivers Disappearing

Does anyone know how to fix this driver problem im always getting.

Seems every now and then, when my computer is turned off, next restart my multi monitors dont work. I get the popup saying new hardware found....blah blah blah......but the drivers are installed. I even choose the folder where they are installed and it says not found. I tried d/loading drivers online still doesnt fix it.

Is there a way to activate my multi monitors even though the computer is thinking the drivers are missing when they are not missing. Display properties doesnt help me. And I looked but cannot find anything relating to this anywhere.

My graphics is in my sig. Matrox powerdesktop manager i cannot find on my system even though Pdesk is running in my task manager. Problem seems to sometimes fix itself after a few restarts or a windows update or a itunes update with quicktime. But so far it has been a week and no fix.
 
Ok I have been having a look around more at things. I have noticed that pdesk.exe is a running process but there is no pdesk application running in my task bar anymore. Is there a way for me to run pdesk.exe maybe this can help me.

What do I need to do to get this working or check if it is running properly. As obviously the pdesk.exe is running but there is no sign of it. I tried running pdesk.exe but it says matrox powerdesk isnt supported by any drivers on the system.
 
I just ended the pdesk.exe process from task manager and restarted computer. Works fine and all screens operational. Does anyone know why this would happen?
